Trademarks

LatheCalculator refers to some materials by their trade names, because that is how machinists know them. Trade names are used only to identify the material. No logos are used, and no affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners is claimed or implied. Wherever possible the standard designation (UNS, EN/W.Nr., ASTM) is given alongside.

Colchester, Harrison, XYZ, ProTurn, ProtoTRAK, Myford, Boxford, Warco, Sieg, Bridgeport, Kearns-Richards and TOS are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear in the machine picker only to identify which machine a set of published specifications belongs to. LatheCalculator is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers. Machine specifications come from public sources listed with each preset. Values marked “est.” are estimates.

The machine guides are our own original, general wording. They do not copy or adapt manufacturers’ manuals, use no manufacturer images or logos, and link only to makers’ official sites. Always follow your machine’s own manual first.
